Objective –
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Graphic Designer with strong creativity, attention to detail and hands-on proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. The role will primarily involve developing and adapting packaging artworks across Inbrew’s brand portfolio and markets, alongside designing POSM and creatives for brand and corporate communications.
Key Responsibilities -
Packaging Artwork Development & Adaptation -
• Create and adapt artworks for bottle labels, caps, monocartons, canisters, outer shipper cartons and other packaging materials.
• Develop marketwise and SKU-wise adaptations, incorporating approved changes to pack sizes, pricing, mandatory declarations and other market requirements.
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all packaging formats and adaptations.
• Prepare accurate, print-ready files as per approved dyelines, dimensions, colour specifications and printer requirements.
• Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, regulatory teams and packaging vendors to incorporate feedback and support timely artwork approvals and production.
• Maintain an organised artwork repository with clear version control and approved master files.
POSM & Marketing Creatives -
• Design point-of-sale materials such as posters, standees, danglers, shelf strips, display units and other visibility assets.
• Adapt POSM creatives state-wise, incorporating approved pricing, language, pack imagery and market-specific communication.
• Develop creatives for brand launches, product announcements, awards, milestones and corporate announcements.
• Extend approved campaign designs across print and digital formats while maintaining brand consistency.
Required Technical Skills -
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop, particularly for packaging artwork development, adaptation and image editing.
• Sound understanding of typography, layout, colour, visual hierarchy and brand identity.
• Working knowledge of print production and prepress, including CMYK, spot colours/Pantone, bleeds, trapping, overprint, image resolution and font management.
• Ability to work accurately with packaging dyelines and prepare production-ready artwork files.
• Experience in image retouching, clipping, product cut-outs and packaging mock-ups.
• Familiarity with printing processes and finishes such as offset, flexography, gravure, foiling, embossing and varnishes is preferred.
• Knowledge of Adobe InDesign and basic motion graphics tools would be an added advantage.
Preferred Industry Experience -
• Prior experience in alcoholic beverages, FMCG, consumer goods, packaging design or a branding/design agency.
• Candidates with hands-on experience in beverage labels, multi-SKU packaging and market-wise artwork adaptations will be preferred.
• Exposure to working with printers, packaging suppliers and internal approval teams is desirable.
Educational Qualifications -
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline.
• Formal training from a recognised design institute is preferred.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating packaging, print and brand communication work is essential.
Candidate Attributes
• Creative, proactive and enthusiastic, with a willingness to explore new design ideas.
• Meticulous attention to detail, especially when handling text, dimensions, pricing and packaging declarations.
• Ability to balance creative development with accurate, high-volume artwork adaptations.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple brands, deadlines and feedback rounds.
• A collaborative approach and clear communication with internal teams and external vendors.
• Available to work on-site from Monday to Friday, with physical presence in the office and adherence to prescribed office timings.
