Graphic Designer – Brand, Packaging & Social Media

We’re looking for a creative Graphic Designer who can translate brand strategy into strong, consistent visual communication across packaging, product photography, social media, and other brand touchpoints.


Key responsibilities:

  • Develop packaging & merchandising concepts, design directions, and product visual identities to enhance brand experience.

  • Create mood boards and visual references for product and campaign shoots.

  • Design engaging social media creatives and brand-led campaign assets.

  • Develop, maintain, and implement brand guidelines and brand books.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and present creative ideas.

  • Ensure visual consistency across digital, e-commerce, packaging, and offline materials.

Requirements:

  • Strong portfolio in branding, packaging, and digital design.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

  • Good understanding of typography, colour, composition, and print production.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

  • Experience in beauty, skincare, FMCG, or lifestyle brands is preferred.



Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Design, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2–3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably with beauty, skincare, FMCG, lifestyle, or D2C brands.
  • Tools: Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Figma and AI-powered design tools is an added advantage.
  • Skills: Strong branding, packaging, social media creative design, typography, colour theory, layout composition, print production knowledge, visual storytelling, attention to detail, stakeholder management, and the ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines.
