Job Summary
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer. In this role, you will be the visual storyteller responsible for translating complex ideas into high-impact designs. You will work across various digital and print mediums to ensure visual consistency and elevate the brand’s aesthetic. This is a unique opportunity for a designer who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to take full ownership of creative projects from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute high-quality creative work across multiple platforms, including social media, web, email, and marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to translate strategic goals into compelling visual identities.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines and maintaining brand standards.
- Evolve and maintain brand guidelines to ensure a cohesive look and feel across all touchpoints.
- Present design concepts to internal stakeholders and iterate based on constructive feedback.
- Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the creative output fresh and innovative.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional graphic design experience (portfolio required).
- Advanced proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and digital design principles.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate the "why" behind design decisions.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fully remote environment.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering pixel-perfect work.
Nice-to-Haves
- Previous experience working within a creative or marketing agency.
- Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or UI/UX design.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Monday, or ClickUp.
