Graphic Designer

Position Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support high-quality marketing execution across print and digital channels. This role is design-first, with a strong focus on print graphics and email design, while also supporting a modern marketing workflow that includes light automation and collaboration tools.

The ideal candidate has strong design fundamentals, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently with templates and repeatable processes. Candidates who are tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems will thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities

Print & Marketing Design

  • Design professional print assets such as:
    • flyers, brochures, postcards, signage, banners, and branded collateral
  • Prepare print-ready files and ensure correct sizing, formatting, and layout standards
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials

Email Design Support

  • Design and format email layouts and graphics using Canva
  • Create reusable templates for email campaigns and announcements
  • Support email marketing execution by ensuring clean formatting, strong visuals, and clear layout

Creative Execution for Digital Platforms

  • Design graphics for digital campaigns when needed (social, ads, landing pages, internal use)
  • Adapt creative into multiple sizes for different platforms

Workflow, Collaboration & Organization

  • Communicate and collaborate with the team using Slack
  • Maintain organized files, naming conventions, and design libraries
  • Follow creative checklists and ensure fast turnaround without sacrificing quality

Automation & Tech Stack Support (Bonus)

  • Support marketing workflows that involve tools such as:
    • GoHighLevel (GHL)
    • Slack
    • n8n (or similar automation tools)
  • Assist with design assets needed for automation-driven campaigns (email templates, graphics, etc.)

Qualifications

Required

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (print and digital)
  • Strong Canva skills, including template creation and brand consistency
  • Strong design fundamentals: typography, spacing, layout, hierarchy
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to proof designs carefully
  • Strong written English and professional communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred

  • Experience supporting email marketing design
  • Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar CRM/email platforms
  • Comfortable working with automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make, etc.)
  • Experience working with remote teams and structured workflows
