Graphic Designer (Remote)

Discussion

Summary

A junior, production-focused graphic designer creating visuals for monetisation funnels — paywalls, upsells, promotional banners, email assets, app store screenshots, and Lottie animations — within an existing design system alongside a senior designer and PMM team. Core tools are Figma, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, with a Europe-based schedule overlapping CET ±3 hours.

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our Monetisation design team. Our monetisation funnels - paywalls, upsells, promotional campaigns and store assets - are one of the main growth levers of the product, and they need a steady flow of high-quality visuals to keep testing and iterating.

In this role you will work side by side with a senior designer and the PMM team, producing graphics within an existing design system and visual style. This is a production-focused role rather than an ownership-of-strategy one, so it is a good fit for a junior designer who wants to grow inside monetisation and growth tasks, get regular feedback from a strong design lead and see the direct impact of their work on product metrics.

Role responsibilities

  • Create graphic assets for monetisation funnels: paywall screens, upsell elements and promotional banners
  • Create and adapt vector illustrations and UI graphics within the existing visual style
  • Design banners and visual assets for email marketing campaigns
  • Prepare screenshots and visual assets for the App Store and Google Play, including updates and localisations
  • Adapt existing creatives to different formats, sizes and A/B test variations
  • Create Lottie animations for monetisation funnels
  • Maintain visual consistency and high quality across all monetisation-related materials
  • Work closely with the senior designer and the PMM team
  • Keep source files well organised and follow internal naming and handoff guidelines

Requirements

  • Junior-level commercial experience in graphic design
  • Portfolio with examples of graphic design, vector illustrations or marketing visuals
  • Art or design education: a formal degree or completed courses
  • Confident daily use of Figma, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
  • Strong ability to create vector illustrations independently
  • Solid understanding of design fundamentals: colour theory, composition and visual hierarchy
  • Experience generating images with AI tools
  • Ability to work with feedback and iterate on designs without losing quality or missing deadlines
  • Attention to detail and high standards for visual quality
  • Clear communication and the ability to collaborate with designers, PMM and other stakeholders
  • Location within Europe, with a working schedule overlapping CET plus or minus 3 hours

Will be a plus

  • Hands-on experience with Lottie animations
  • Experience with Midjourney, Krea or similar AI image tools
  • Formal art or design education
  • Strong illustration skills and visual fundamentals
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to suggest improvements
