Become Our New Graphic Designer !
As our Graphic Designer, you'll bring our marketing campaigns to life through engaging, high-quality visuals across all touchpoints. From ad creatives and campaign banners to landing pages, website visuals, and social media assets, you'll help shape how our products look. You'll also contribute to evolving our brand identities, bringing fresh ideas while ensuring consistency across channels. You'll report to the Head of Marketing and be an integral part of our Marketing team.
This role is fully remote, but to keep collaboration smooth and our working hours nicely aligned, we’re looking for someone based in Europe.
You’ll be officially employed in your country of residence through our Employer of Record (EOR) partner, so you can enjoy the flexibility of remote work while being fully employed locally.
What You Will Be Doing
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Own the visual execution of campaigns - defining creative angles and developing full asset sets based on briefs from the marketing team
Design a wide variety of ad creatives and formats - display banners across standard sizes and paid social - enabling testing and iteration to improve performance
Design and adjust website visuals to support conversion and campaign goals
Create brand assets across channels - social media graphics, email banners, infographics, illustrations, ebooks, and print materials
Contribute ideas to help evolve and refine brand guidelines and visual identity over time
Stay informed on design trends, competitor work, and best practices to bring fresh creative ideas to the team
What Do You Need To Excel at This Job
Proven professional experience as a Graphic Designer within a SaaS, tech, software, or digital product environment
Proven experience designing display advertising and paid social ad creative — banner sets adapted across standard formats and sizes (300x250, 728x90, 160x600, etc.), including multiple variations for performance testing
Proven experience designing landing pages, website visuals, and other web assets built to convert
Comfortable designing across other marketing formats too — email, infographics, and organic social, with knowledge of platform-specific best practices
Experience working with and evolving an existing brand identity, with a strong sense of visual consistency
Ability to translate a campaign angle or brief into compelling, on-brand visual assets
Strong proficiency with Figma and relevant Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator
Currently based in Europe and able to work within European working hours — you'll be part of the core marketing team, collaborating daily on calls and Slack
Ability to collaborate closely with copywriters, marketers, and other stakeholders to translate briefs and feedback into strong visual execution
Strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple design requests and deadlines simultaneously
