Graphic Designer
Posted Updated
We're looking for a Graphic Designer to own the visual voice of our brand across social and marketing. In this role, you'll shape how we show up in feeds, in ads, and in culture: turning fast-moving markets and real-world moments into scroll-stopping creative. You'll work at the intersection of brand, growth, and content, moving quickly on reactive, news-driven posts while keeping everything pixel-perfect and unmistakably on-brand. To thrive here, you need to move fast without sacrificing craft.
Responsibilities
- Social-First Creative: Design daily content for social platforms (X, Instagram, TikTok) — posts, stories, and banners that turn live markets and trending moments into share-worthy visuals.
- Drive Growth: Produce "scroll-stopping" creative for paid performance campaigns — ad sets, static and animated units, and landing pages built to drive installs, sign-ups, and conversion.
- Brand Stewardship: Maintain a consistent, sharp visual identity while showing the versatility to adapt tone across channels, audiences, and cultural moments.
- Reactive Speed: Jump on breaking news and trending markets to ship timely, on-brand creative within hours — not days.
- AI-Powered Production: Integrate AI tools into your workflow to explore new styles, generate variations at scale, and streamline production without lowering the quality bar.
- Light Motion: Bring static designs to life with basic animation and short-form video for social and ads.
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally within a high-growth startup, agency, or consumer/gaming brand.
- Technical Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). You're comfortable with layout, typography, and building scalable design systems.
- Social & Performance Instincts: A proven eye for what performs on social and in paid media. You understand platform formats, hook viewers instantly, and design for engagement and conversion — not just aesthetics.
- The AI Edge: Proven experience (or a deep, active interest) in using AI-assisted creative tools to enhance output and production speed.
- Motion Fluency: Working familiarity with After Effects or similar tools to produce basic animation and short-form video.
- Speed & Craft: A master of prioritization who can turn around high-quality assets under tight timelines. You move fast without letting quality slip.
- Growth Mindset: You thrive in fast-paced, on-site environments, welcome constructive feedback, and are always looking for ways to optimize your craft.
Bonus: interest in sports, internet culture and a pulse on what's trending.
