Your Partners on the Job

For more than 100 years, we've helped drive Wisconsin's agriculture and construction industries forward, and our brand plays an important role in how we connect with customers, employees, and the communities we serve.

We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented Part Time Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Team and help bring ideas to life through compelling visual communications. From digital campaigns and social media graphics to trade show displays, and print advertising, you'll help shape how the Swiderski Equipment brand is seen every day.

If you're passionate about design, enjoy taking projects from concept to completion, and thrive in a collaborative environment, this could be your next opportunity!

*This position offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity for a hybrid work arrangement.

What You'll Do

As a Swiderski Graphic Designer, you'll use your creativity and design skills to help tell the Swiderski Equipment story and strengthen our brand through print, digital, and promotional materials. Key responsibilities include:

  • Design and produce marketing materials including flyers, brochures, advertisements, signage, mailers, and promotional displays.
  • Create graphics for social media, digital advertising, email campaigns, website content, and in-store marketing.
  • Develop layouts and visual content for employee communications, newsletters, and company publications.
  • Design vehicle graphics, equipment decals, promotional wraps, and other branded materials.
  • Support marketing campaigns, trade shows, customer events, and company promotions.
  • Ensure all creative materials align with Swiderski Equipment's brand standards and visual identity.
  • Manage projects from concept through final production while balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.

What Sets You Apart

To be successful in this role, a candidate needs to have a strong eye for detail, take pride in producing high-quality work, and enjoy collaborating with others to bring projects to life. This person will also have:

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Understanding of typography, color, layout, and visual communication principles.
  • Experience designing for both print and digital applications.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with team members across departments.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a desire to continually improve creative processes and marketing materials.

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred. One to three years of professional graphic design experience and a portfolio showcasing your work are strongly preferred.
