Key Responsibilities
Pre-Artwork & Document Management
- Manage all pre-artwork documents from initial marketing brief to final technical PDF sent to the artwork agency
- Ensure the creation and timeline tracking of decoration documents incorporating definitive texts and non-definitive technical elements
- Produce and maintain accurate, agency-ready technical files at every stage of the workflow
Creative Adaptation & Execution
- Create creative format adaptations from a reference format (size, shape, substrate variations)
- Manage both pure execution work and creative declination
- Develop mock-ups for tubes, cartons, and labels
- Produce 2D/3D visuals and photomontages (Photoshop) to support presentation and validation stages
Collaboration & Stakeholder Support
- Work directly with Product Managers and Brand Managers on graphic files - brief intake, iterations, and final delivery
- Support Product Managers with creative agency files, mock-ups, POS materials, and packaging assets
- Provide ad hoc support for materials needed in connection with internal meetings and presentations
Required Knowledge & Skills
Technical Packaging Expertise
- Strong command of dielines constraints, printint techniques, and artwork/editing processes
- Solid understanding of packaging production workflows and industrial constraints
Software - mandatory, high level of proficiency required
- Illustrator – artwork and creative adaptation
- Photoshop - 2D/3D visuals and photomontage
- InDesign - edition and document production

- Strong client-service mindset - reactive, rigorous, and solution-oriented
- Genuine sensitivity to cosmetics, beauty aesthetics, and brand consistency
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Good communication skills to work fluidly with both marketing and technical stakeholders
