Graphic Designer
We are seeking a creative Graphic Designer to join us in our Marketing Department at 2Roads. The incumbent will be responsible for the
visual communication of the company's brand, projects, and technical expertise
across a range of internal and external platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
· Design marketing materials including brochures,
proposals, presentations, and project profiles
· Create and maintain branded templates for
internal and external communications
· Produce digital assets for the company website,
social media, and email campaigns
· Support tender and bid submissions with
professional graphic layouts and formatting
· Collaborate with the marketing team, technical
staff, and management to translate complex engineering concepts into clear
visual content
· Manage and enforce brand consistency across all
company touchpoints
· Prepare files for print production and digital
delivery
· Manage multiple projects simultaneously and
meet deadlines in a deadline-driven environment
Requirements
Essential
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree or National Diploma in Graphic
Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent
· 2–3 years of professional design experience in a
corporate, in-house, or agency environment
· A strong portfolio demonstrating experience across
brand identity, print, presentations, and digital media
· Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
(InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly
PowerPoint, for branded template design
· Working knowledge of Figma or equivalent tools is
advantageous
· Understanding of print production processes, file
specifications, and colour management
· Experience in a technical, engineering, or B2B
environment will be a strong advantage
