About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 2–5 years of experience and strong knowledge of UI/UX design. The ideal candidate should have a strong visual sense, understand user-centric design principles, and be comfortable using AI-powered design tools to improve creativity, speed, and workflow efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging graphics for digital, social media, marketing, presentations, websites, and other brand requirements.
- Design intuitive and visually appealing UI/UX experiences for web and mobile platforms.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design systems where required.
- Maintain brand consistency across all creative and digital assets.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to translate ideas into effective visual solutions.
- Use AI tools to generate concepts, explore design directions, enhance visuals, and streamline repetitive design tasks.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI tools, and emerging creative technologies.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of professional experience in graphic design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design and UI/UX projects.
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or After Effects.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered creative/design tools.
- Good understanding of typography, color theory, composition, visual hierarchy, and responsive design.
- Understanding of UX principles, user journeys, wireframing, and prototyping.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience designing for websites, SaaS products, or mobile applications.
- Motion graphics or basic video-editing skills.
- Experience with AI image-generation, content-generation, or design-assistance tools.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and how designs are implemented digitally.
