Graphic Designer, Video Editor & Social Media Manager
Graphic Designer, Video Editor & Social Media Manager — US-Based Marketing Agency
Full-time · Fully remote (Venezuela) · Reports directly to the CEO · $160/week USD
We're a US-based marketing agency looking for a full-time creative who can design, edit video and run social media. You'll work directly with our CEO, producing content for a growing roster of clients across several industries, including real estate.
We need someone who does whatever the business needs that day: a carousel in Canva in the morning, a Reel cut in CapCut after lunch, and a week of posts scheduled before you log off. This is a long-term team role, not a short project, with real room to grow. We work in the heart of Silicon Beach and Silicon Valley, with hands-on exposure to AI and new creative tools.
What you'll do: design social graphics, carousels, ads, presentations and brand pieces in Canva and InDesign; edit short-form video (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) in CapCut; plan, schedule and publish content across client accounts; write captions; manage comments and DMs; keep brand assets organized in Google Drive; report on social performance.
What we're looking for: a portfolio showing both design and short-form video; strong Canva and CapCut skills (InDesign a plus); experience managing social accounts for brands or clients; strong written English and clear, reliable communication; organized and able to juggle several clients; full-time hours overlapping US Pacific Time; curious, coachable and eager to learn.
