Graphic Designer & Video Editor (Temporal Project)
Summary
Temporary contract role (November to mid-January, ~30 hrs/week) at GroWrk, a global IT asset management platform. You'll produce video edits, ad creative, social posts, landing pages in HubSpot CMS, and graphic design within an existing brand system for a distributed team.
GroWrk is a global IT asset management platform. We procure, deploy, retrieve and store laptops for distributed teams in 150+ countries. We’re looking for an experienced Graphic Designer and video editor to cover operational needs from November through mid-January.
This is a fast-paced role. In a typical week you’ll get requests from several people and work on videos, landing pages, ads and social media at the same time. We have a new brand and a full template kit ready, so you can start producing in your first week.
What you’ll do (often all in the same week):
Video: edit product videos, short ads and social clips (16:9 and 9:16; 15, 30 and 60 seconds), with captions, motion graphics and end cards
Ads: design ad creative for LinkedIn, Google, Meta and Reddit
Social media: design posts, carousels and stories for the company and CEO accounts
Landing pages: design and build pages in HubSpot CMS
Graphic design: blog cover images, PDFs, one-pagers and ebooks
Must-haves:
3+ years of graphic design experience with a strong portfolio (B2B or tech preferred)
Proven video editing experience (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or similar); please include video samples
Experience handling several requests and projects at once in a fast-paced team, with quick turnarounds
Strong in Figma or Adobe Creative Suite
Able to work quickly inside an existing brand system
Clear, proactive communicator, comfortable with async feedback in Slack and Notion
Some overlap with US Central time
Advanced English Level
Nice to have:
HubSpot CMS experience
Motion design or animation
AI design and video tools
Engagement:
Hourly or fixed monthly retainer, about 30 hours per week
Start: as soon as possible in November
End: mid-January, with the possibility of ongoing work
