Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support our global Communications Team. In this role, you will create compelling visual content across digital and print channels, helping to bring our brand, products and messages to life.

Key responsibilities

  • Create visually engaging design assets across digital and print channels
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication materials
  • Develop and optimize assets for web, social media, presentations, marketing campaigns and events
  • Provide support for photo and video projects (e.g., image retouching, editing, post-production) and offer advice on selecting appropriate image, graphic and video materials
  • Maintain and develop our brand management system and our image database
  • Monitor design trends and recommend creative improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams as well as with external agencies and service providers

Requirements

  • A college degree in media design, communication design, graphic design, or a comparable qualification, as well as relevant professional experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator; experience with Canva or similar design tools is a plus
  • In-depth knowledge of video editing and post-production, ideally using Adobe Premiere
  • A high degree of initiative and creativity, as well as a keen sense of visual design and digital trends
  • Willingness to experiment with the use of AI, prompting and machine learning
  • Excellent English skills; ideally, German skills as well
  • A strong team spirit and enthusiasm for working in international settings
