Graphic Designer – Web, Brand & Packaging

ASLI AYURVEDA is a growing contract manufacturing company specializing in Ayurvedic medicines, herbal cosmetics and nutraceuticals, serving brands in India and international markets.

As we expand our digital presence and develop multiple premium product and consumer-brand projects, we are strengthening our in-house creative team.

We are looking for a strong hands-on Graphic Designer who can work across product packaging, Shopify/web design, branding and digital marketing creatives.

The Role

This is not only a social-media graphic designing role.

The selected candidate will work across the complete visual ecosystem of ASLI AYURVEDA and its projects, including:

Packaging + Branding + Shopify + Websites + Digital Creatives + Product Visualisation + AI-assisted Design

We need someone with a strong design sense, excellent execution capability and attention to detail who can create premium-quality work independently.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Packaging & Label Design

• Design premium product labels, cartons, boxes and packaging artwork.
• Develop packaging concepts for Ayurveda, skincare, cosmetics, nutraceutical and wellness products.
• Create consistent design systems across multiple SKUs and product ranges.
• Prepare accurate print-ready artwork for production.
• Coordinate corrections and final artwork with internal and packaging teams.
• Maintain strong attention to typography, alignment, dimensions and artwork accuracy.

2. Shopify & Website Design

Create premium visual layouts for Shopify stores and company websites.

* Design:

• Homepages
• Product pages
• Collection pages
• Landing pages
• Website banners
• Promotional sections
• Icons and other web assets
• Improve product presentation, visual hierarchy and overall user experience.
• Work with developers and marketing teams for implementation.
• Maintain visual consistency across desktop and mobile experiences.

3. Brand Identity & Visual Systems

* Develop and maintain premium brand identities.

* Work on:

• Typography
• Colour systems
• Visual language
• Brand templates
• Product presentation
• Marketing collateral
• Ensure consistent brand communication across packaging, websites, presentations and digital platforms.

4. Digital & Marketing Creatives

Create high-quality creatives for:

• Instagram & Facebook
• LinkedIn
• Performance marketing campaigns
• Product launches
• Website campaigns
• B2B marketing
• Marketplace listings
• Brochures & catalogues
• Corporate presentations
• Sales presentations
• Product marketing campaigns

5. Product Visualisation

Create premium product presentations including:

• Product mock-ups
• Lifestyle compositions
• Product hero images
• E-commerce visuals
• Website product imagery
• Campaign concepts
• Background replacement and image enhancement

Strong Photoshop and image-retouching skills will be highly valued.

6. AI-Assisted Creative Work

The designer should be comfortable using modern AI-powered creative tools for:

• Image generation
• Product visualisation
• Lifestyle scene creation
• Concept development
• Creative ideation
• Background generation
• Presentation creation
• Faster design experimentation

We are looking for someone who sees AI as an additional creative capability, not a substitute for fundamental design skills.

Mandatory Skills

Candidates should have strong working knowledge of:

Adobe Photoshop | Adobe Illustrator | Figma | Shopify Design | Website Design | Packaging Design | Label Design | Branding | Social Media Design | AI Creative Tools

A strong understanding of typography, colour, composition, spacing and visual hierarchy is essential.

Preferred Experience

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in:

• Ayurveda
• Beauty & Skincare
• Cosmetics
• Wellness
• FMCG
• Nutraceuticals
• Luxury or premium consumer brands
• E-commerce / D2C brands

Knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, motion graphics, photography or video editing will be an added advantage.
