Job Description:

Spikewell is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer with a strong background in UI/UX design, branding, and creative assets creation to join our dynamic team. The candidate must be willing to relocate to Bhubaneswar, Odisha. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling and the ability to translate client needs into compelling and aesthetically pleasing designs. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a thorough understanding of modern design trends and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop visually engaging and user-friendly interfaces for web, mobile, and desktop applications, ensuring optimal user experience.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, developers, marketing) to translate ideas and concepts into creative design solutions.
  
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all platforms and touchpoints.
  
• Create and manage creative assets, including illustrations, icons, logos, banners, brochures and marketing materials.
  
• Participate in user research and usability testing to inform and iterate on UI/UX designs.
  
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in graphic design and UI/UX.
  
• Work closely with clients to understand their branding needs and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a portfolio showcasing strong UI/UX work and branding projects.
  
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, and other relevant design tools.
  
• Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, layout design, and a keen eye for detail.
  
• Understanding of web and mobile design principles, including responsive design and interaction design.
  
• Experience working with HTML/CSS and basic knowledge of front-end development is a plus.
  
• Degree or certification in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
