Graphic Designer
To work with GCC UK, Specialists team based in India - to create reports and extract contents for next generation clients. The person will work with colleagues to create high quality graphic designs and documents which must be delivered on time.
Use design knowledge, creativity and initiative to produce reports and extracting contents, ensuring our content is all branded and meets the needs of corporate requirements.
Take outline graphic concepts and develop them to meet agreed deadlines.
Work with and support the UK team to produce graphics, animations (GIFs), interactive PDFs, PowerPoint presentations and other relevant material
Contribute and feedback ideas into the team through brainstorms, briefings and discussion at team meetings (this may include presenting to the rest of the team)
Ensure the brand guidelines are adhered to and become the point of call in the UK business for other designers
Produce assets and systematically label, file and store materials (photos, PowerPoint presentations, banners, etc) to allow the compilation of a library to support the company’s work winning requirements
Develop knowledge and insight of WSP UK and the wider WSP organisation to allow deeper understanding of briefs and thereby improve material produced
REQUIREMENTS
Energy, enthusiasm, creative and innovative thinking
Good practical knowledge of Adobe Creative suite
Knowledge of animation software (Adobe Animate / After Effects)
Proactive in helping to define and develop bid graphics
Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects while maintaining a deadline focus
Interpersonal skills, especially to help people through the creative process
Flexible attitude and willingness to participate within a team
Someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, busy team
Experience working with senior stakeholders
Understanding of the bids and tenders
Previous line management experience
Minimum of 3-4 year’s work experience
