The incumbent will ensure all media outputs strictly adhere to our core values, branding standards, and safeguarding protocols, effectively showcasing the impact of our work across WASH, Health, Education, and other critical sectors.
Responsibilities
- Create professional visual assets including flyers, brochures, infographics, presentations, and digital newsletters for diverse campaigns and events.
- Oversee the organization's social media channels and website, executing content calendars that align with strategic priorities and organizational goals.
- Capture and edit high-quality photography and video footage from field activities, ensuring all media reflects program achievements while adhering to ethical standards.
- Manage digital assets and enforce brand consistency across all platforms, ensuring donor logos and visibility requirements are met accurately.
- Collaborate with program teams to translate field data and success stories into compelling narratives that support fundraising and advocacy initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to streamline content production, approval workflows, and publication schedules.
- Uphold strict data protection and safeguarding policies, securing informed consent and protecting the dignity and safety of beneficiaries in all media representations.
- Generate regular performance reports on media activities, tracking engagement metrics and recommending strategies to enhance digital reach.
