Job Description
As the Graphic Design Executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual experience of Singapore’s leading smart living consumer exhibition. You will own the visual pipeline from concept to execution, producing high-impact digital ads, engaging short-form videos, and massive on-site event displays.
Roles & Responsibilities
Digital & Campaign Creatives: Develop high-converting digital banner ads, social media posts, key visuals (KVs), electronic direct mailers (EDMs), and web assets.
Video & Motion Production: Film and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, event teasers, exhibitor showcases) and create basic animated motion graphics for screens.
Spatial & Print Collateral: Produce pre-press print files for large-format event signage, venue backdrops, stage graphics, directional banners, and exhibitor badges.
Vendor & Production Liaison: Coordinate directly with external print vendors and event builders to specify materials, approve colour proofs, and troubleshoot dyelines.
On-Site Event Execution: Assist with visual checks during setup days and capture live event content during show days.
Job Requirements & SSOC Skills
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Visual Communication, or related fields.
2 to 4 years of professional design experience (prior experience in events, consumer tech, or media agencies is highly advantageous).
Mandatory portfolio link showcasing print artwork, digital campaigns, and short-form video work.
Technical & Professional Competencies:
Graphic Design: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Video Editing & Motion Graphics: Hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut Pro.
Pre-Press & Print Production: Strong working knowledge of CMYK/RGB colour spaces, dyelines, bleeding, bleed resolution, and large-format print materials.
Project Management & Adaptability: Ability to thrive under tight event deadlines, manage multiple deliverables, and work weekend setup/show days.
