GRC Project Manager
- Leading engagements independently or with a team and coordinating task allocation
- Delivering Professional Services over the course of the entire customer journey and/or product enablement lifecycle
- Actively managing projects and mobilizing the proper team resources to ensure successful project delivery
- Minimizing delays and project overruns and managing project efficiencies and budgets
- Leveraging Domain/Product knowledge to expand business through customer interactions
- Supporting sales on Discovery Calls, SOW Generation, Scoping
- Developing strategies and approaches to drive increased adoption of Diligent Solutions and expansion plays for GRC use cases
- Spearheading the development of business solutions leveraging the full suite of Diligent products
- Providing coaching and mentoring of team members on project management and customer enablement
- Developing Domain and Product expertise to provide guidance on best practices for solution rollout and project execution
- Identifying specialty areas of Domain and/or Product to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
- Proposing, leading, supporting and executing internal initiatives benefiting the broader team and business
- Supporting senior management, sales, and solution engineers on Business Development activities
- Supporting Senior Managers in Practice Management and Operational Matters including resource scheduling, timesheet submission/approvals, profitability
- Consistently high-quality work including attention to detail, accuracy, and following processes and procedures with stakeholders and customers

- Experience from within the GRC domain
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills including public speaking and workshop facilitation
- Understanding of business processes and ability to solve business problems using technology and process changes
- Effective project management practices including project status tracking, reporting and issue escalation
