Greenskeeper
Westchester Hills Golf Club, located in White Plains, NY, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Full-Time Greenskeeper! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
Compensation:
$18.00 - $19.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general landscape maintenance using handheld equipment
- Rake and maintain sand bunkers
- Operate small machinery to assist with edging, trimming and mowing
- Prepare soil beds for sod, seed and vegetative material
- Assist with tasks related to course detail including weed and debris cleanup
- Assist with golf course set-up procedures
- Operate utility vehicles for hauling material and removing debris
- Perform skilled duties related to experience (pruning, plugging, etc.)
- Operate equipment safely and remain aware of associates and their respective work areas
- Incorporate safe work practices in job performance
- Perform other duties as required
Minimum Qualifications:
- One month of related experience or training
- Must have a valid driver's license
