Grid Health- GTM Engineer
About Grid Health
Grid Health is a venture-backed health-technology company on a mission to make it safe for healthcare to adopt AI. We build a clinical-AI governance platform that helps hospitals and health systems inventory, monitor, and govern every AI tool and model they deploy — giving governance committees the visibility and evidence they need to sign off with confidence. Our buyers are hospital CISOs, CIOs, CMIOs, and AI governance committees. US HQ in Boston; R&D hub in Tel Aviv.
You'll own Grid Health's growth funnel end to end — the code and the tooling that sources, enriches, and reaches the right people at a health system, plus the multichannel outbound and demand-gen plays on top of it. Grid already runs on agent-assisted GTM workflows and a live CRM; you turn that into production-grade infrastructure and drive it. Company leadership closes the earliest deals, so you own everything up to the close, and as the motion matures this role can grow into closing and building the team beneath it.
What you'll own
- The funnel end to end: demand generation, lead sourcing, enrichment, personalized multichannel outreach, meeting booking, qualification, and CRM hygiene.
- The build behind it, and non-linear growth: the automation, integrations, and dashboards as code, plus the micro-products (interactive tools, calculators, benchmarks) you ship to create demand, not just capture it. This is a real combination of marketing and engineering.
- The hardest specific problem: finding the person who owns AI at a health system, who is titled differently everywhere. Your target-title map is CMIO, CAIO, CIO, CFO, CDO, and CTO/VP-IT.
- The numbers: qualified meetings and pipeline into the leadership team, and the experiments that move reply and conversion rates.
Requirements
What we're looking for
- Genuine coding ability: SQL and Python or JavaScript, comfortable with REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON or CSV. You are AI-native: you build with AI coding tools and agents and ship micro-products and automations in fast cycles. You build, not just configure.
- A track record running B2B outbound and growth that produced real pipeline, including things you built and shipped to create demand (a tool, a calculator, an interactive asset), not just campaigns you ran. Bring one motion with a number attached.
- Hands-on with modern GTM automation, enrichment, and outbound tooling, and functional CRM literacy — you don't need our specific stack, just the ability to pick up and wire together whatever the job calls for.
- You run the play and build the tooling. You do not need a separate marketer or engineer to make a channel work.
Nice to have
- Healthcare or health-system outbound experience, and knowledge of the title landscape.
- Prior SDR or AE time, so you know what converts.
- Brand and content instinct to complement our marketing function.
The expected base salary for this role is $115K–$200K This is a good-faith estimate, but does not include equity or other forms of compensation. Pay will be based on experience level, but those outside of the salary band are welcome to apply.
