As a Grid Planning and Analysing Specialist, you help ensure that the electricity system remains secure, stable and future-proof. You provide specialised knowledge and skills in a specific area of expertise to drive innovation and support successful execution of projects, initiatives, innovations and/or daily operations.
Furthermore you identify the frameworks and guidelines that apply to their specific area of expertise, translate them into a business context to enable business results, and provide guidance to ensure efficiency and compliancy. By doing this you contribute to a stable, future-proof and affordable energy system.
Your profile and background
- Master's degree (MSc) in Electrical Engineering or a comparable technical discipline, with strong knowledge of electrical power systems and transmission networks. - Proven experience conducting high-voltage grid studies and applying model-based approaches to solve complex technical challenges. - Hands-on experience in electrical grid modelling and network analysis. - Experience with grid modelling software; knowledge of PowerFactory is considered an advantage. - Experience with Python programming and/or the development of analytical tools is a strong advantage. - Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills, with professional proficiency in English; Dutch language skills are considered an advantage.
