Grill Cook/Fryer (Kitchen)

FAST PACED ENVIRONMENT / FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE / COMPETITIVE PAY

Requirements:
- Available to work entire season
- Available weekends, nights, and major holidays (Memorial Day, 4th of July, and
Labor Day Weekends Mandatory)
- Available to work 25-40 hours per week

- Reliable transportation
- Kitchen experience preferred but not required!

Preparation of food - Includes cutting potatoes, onions, etc. Ability to work under
pressure, take direction, and work effectively in a team environment.

Gain knowledge of Fry, Flat-top, and Prep Stations.

Learning to open and close the kitchen as a whole.

When called upon, step in and lead the kitchen for varying amounts of time.

No experiment needed but 1 year kitchen experience would be beneficial.

Leadership experience is a plus.

All employees are required to sign a seasonal contract to work all holidays and finish
the season to receive a monetary bonus. If you are not able to work until September
30th, this is not the job for you.
