Grill Cook - Part-Time - Afternoon / Early Evening Hours

The Grill Cook plays an important role in delivering a positive guest experience by ensuring food is prepared accurately and served in a timely manner. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
• Operate grill and kitchen equipment safely
• Maintain proper food handling and temperature control procedures
• Keep grill station clean, organized, and stocked
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
• Assist with food preparation and kitchen tasks as needed
• Communicate with team members to maintain efficient workflow
• Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties
• Maintain consistency in product quality and presentation

Qualifications

• Cooking or kitchen experience preferred but not required
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable and team-oriented
• Willingness to learn kitchen procedures

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Comfortable working in hot kitchen environments
• Ability to perform repetitive cooking tasks

Schedule

• Preferred shifts are between 1:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.
• Friday and Saturday availability is preferred, with availability for at least every other weekend.
• We offer flexible scheduling, including the number of days worked per week and exact shift times, based on availability and business needs.
