24-32 Hours Per Week | 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM

On-call on rotationally assigned weekends and holidays

What You'll Do

• Prepare fresh, made-to-order meals using grills, fryers, ovens, and other commercial kitchen equipment.
• Cook and serve menu items according to recipes, portion guidelines, and resident preferences.
• Prepare meals that meet regular and therapeutic dietary requirements.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and proper temperature guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen.
• Assist with special events, meal preparation, and other kitchen duties.
• Help coordinate kitchen operations and provide staff oversight when managers are unavailable.
• Participate in rotating weekend and holiday on-call coverage, including filling staffing needs when assigned.
• Work collaboratively with your team to create a positive dining experience for our residents.

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Previous cooking, grilling, or food service experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to read and follow recipes, menus, and dietary instructions.
• Dependable, flexible, and willing to work as part of a team.
• Strong attention to food quality, cleanliness, and safety.
• Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift, work around commercial kitchen equipment, and meet the physical demands of the position, including lifting and moving food supplies and equipment.
• Ability to successfully complete required background checks, drug screening, and job-related training.
