The Grocery Clerk is responsible for carrying out the full range of duties of the position in aprofessional, responsible, accurate and timely fashion. The Clerk will deliver exceptional customerservice, foster customer loyalty, fulfill customer needs, and actively contribute to an environment ofemployee and customer engagement.

Here’s where you’ll have an impact:

Adhere to all Food Safety Protocols, Standard Operating Procedures, Health and Safety, corporate policies, and other programs and initiativesOrder, receive, and merchandise stock in accordance with company inventory control procedures as required

Rotate stock as appropriate

Cleaning and facing the store nightly

Perform back shop and retail floor maintenance, keeping work area clean and presentable as perCompany requirements

Inventory counts when trained

Checking on invoices (Comparing product worked vs the invoices), in an attempt to reduceshrinkage

Participate in the training of junior staff

Keep work areas and uniform clean and well-maintained.

Use equipment and supplies in a safe and efficient manner.

Comply with established food safety and hygiene standards.

Perform any other related duties.
