Overview
Horseshoe Bay Resort is seeking Groundskeepers to support the maintenance and appearance of resort landscaping and outdoor areas. This is an entry-level role for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and contributing to high-quality grounds maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate landscaping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, edgers, and blowers
• Maintain lawns, walkways, and landscaped areas to established standards
• Assist with planting, mulching, and other landscape projects
• Remove debris and maintain overall cleanliness of grounds
• Perform manual labor such as shoveling and hand-weeding
• Inspect, clean, and maintain equipment; report mechanical issues
• Work with team members and supervisors to complete daily assignments

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record required
• Basic landscaping knowledge preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs regularly
• Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions
• Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including weekends
