Groundskeeper

Who We Are:

Palm Aire isn’t your average workplace and we’re not looking for average either. We are a warm, welcoming country club that takes pride in keeping our grounds as polished as our member experience. When you join our team, you’re not just another name on a schedule, you’re part of something special.

We don’t hire for a season, we hire for a reason: we invest in people who want to stick around, grow with us and be proud of where they work. We’re not interested in being a “stepping stone.” We’re building a place where great people come, stay and thrive. If you’re tired of hopping job to job for a few cents more, come grow with us and be part of something you can be proud of. If you're ready to roll up your sleeves and make a visible impact, we’d love to hear from you. Join a place where your work truly stands out and where the grass truly is greener on your side.

The Role:

We’re on the lookout for dedicated Groundskeepers who are ready to get their hands dirty (in the best way) and help maintain the beauty and serenity of our grounds year-round. If you love being outdoors, find satisfaction in a freshly cut lawn, a well-trimmed hedge and a sunrise over manicured greens then this gig is for you.
