Responsibilities and Skills:

• Hard working & Energetic
• Ability to work as an individual but also a team player
• Assist with preventative maintenance
• Maintain Grounds
• Trash Pickup
• Curb Appeal
• Paint interior/exterior walls
• Clean pool, pool furniture, and surrounding areas
• Assist in trashing out vacant units as needed
• Minor Repairs as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Education & Experience:

• Must hold valid driver's license with good record, seeing as this position will float between two properties.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Previous experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, or pull 25 – 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, kneel, reach, climb, and crouch
• Ability to work outdoors in a variety of potential weather conditions
