We are seeking a reliable, hardworking and safety- Ground to keep maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and upkeep of our facility's outdoor areas. The ideal candidate pays attention to detail and can work independently in a variety of weather conditions.
Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:00am-5:00pm)

Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of parking lots and surrounding outdoor areas.
- Collect and dispose of garbage and trash appropriately
- Sweep and pressure washing walkways and parking lot.
- Keep outdoor spaces clean, organized and free of debris.
- Follow established safety procedures and maintain a safe environment.
- Perform other cleaning duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including rain, heat and cold.
- Safety Oriented
- Ability to work with other crew members
- Good time management and attention to detail
- Must be able to listen to customer requests and follow supervisor instructions
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision
