The Groundskeeper/Porter is responsible for efficiently maintaining the physical appearance of the apartment community’s grounds, pools, and buildings. This role will respond to after-hours emergencies (on-call) as well.

What You’ll Do…

• Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of grounds and common areas.
• Aware of the condition of the property at all times and take immediate steps to correct unsafe and unclean conditions.
• Assist maintenance in maintaining a clean and orderly shop.
• Participate in an ongoing community improvement plan and a preventive maintenance program.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Community and Service Manager.
• Responsible for 24-hour emergency maintenance and on-call responsibilities.
