What You’ll Be Doing:

• Maintaining exterior grounds so the property stays clean, welcoming, and well cared for.

• Performing routine landscaping tasks such as blowing, sweeping, trimming, weeding, and cleanup.

• Keeping walkways, entrances, parking areas, outdoor guest spaces, and service areas free of debris.

• Emptying exterior trash receptacles and maintaining cleanliness around disposal areas.

• Identifying irrigation, lighting, maintenance, or safety concerns and reporting them promptly.

• Assisting with pressure washing, moving supplies, setups, cleanup, and other property needs.

• Using tools and equipment safely and following property safety procedures.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Previous grounds, landscaping, property maintenance, or similar experience preferred.

• A strong eye for cleanliness and property appearance.

• Dependability and the ability to work independently.

• Willingness to work outdoors in South Florida weather conditions.

• Ability to safely use basic landscaping and maintenance equipment.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and safely lift and move supplies throughout the shift.
