Groundskeeper | Westpointe Apartments
Pay: $18-$20/hr | Pittsburgh, PA
Take pride in outdoor work and making a place look great? Join Morgan Properties as a Groundskeeper and help keep Westpointe Apartments clean, safe, and welcoming for our residents. No experience required, just a strong work ethic and a good attitude.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for the upkeep of the community’s landscape and exterior image, working with the Service Manager and the maintenance team. A typical day might include:

Cleaning parking lots, driveways, curbs, dumpster areas, and exterior hallways
Maintaining flowerbeds, shrubs, trees, and grass, including planting, pruning, watering, and raking leaves
Shoveling snow, spreading salt, and keeping walkways safe in winter weather
Keeping the pool area, laundry room, and fitness center clean
Making minor repairs and touch-ups to fences, gates, and walkways
Helping inspect the property and reporting any safety concerns or incidents
Helping out at other nearby communities when needed

What You’ll Earn

Base pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
20% rental discount, medical/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, and holidays

Schedule

Monday-Friday: 9 AM to 4 PM
Availability on short notice for snow, ice, and other site emergencies

What You Bring

No formal education or prior experience required, and we’ll train you
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, punctual, and attentive to detail
Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds
Comfortable working outdoors in all kinds of weather
