- Maintain lawns, trees, shrubs, and flower beds, including mowing, trimming, weeding, watering, and mulching.
- Remove debris, trash, and litter from outdoor spaces, sidewalks, parking lots, and common areas.
- Perform seasonal duties such as leaf removal, snow shoveling, de-icing walkways, and planting flowers or shrubs.
- Ensure irrigation systems are functioning correctly and perform minor repairs as needed.
- Conduct routine inspections of outdoor lighting, fencing, signage, and pathways, reporting any necessary repairs to management.
- Maintain and clean outdoor furniture, playground equipment, and other shared amenities.
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, such as lawnmowers, blowers, trimmers, and hedge clippers.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures while using tools, chemicals, and equipment.
