Job Title: Full-Time Groundskeeper
Reports To: Maintenance Director
Location: On-site (Managing 3 main properties of The Arc)
Position Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week, 7am to 3pm
Pay: $19.00 hour

Are you an experienced groundskeeper who takes pride in a crisp edge and a perfectly manicured lawn? The Arc is seeking a dedicated, reliable, and detail-oriented Full-Time Groundskeeper to take total ownership of our three beautiful main properties!
In this role, you won't just be cutting grass—you will actively shape a welcoming, clean, and vibrant environment for our community.
What You Will Do:
- Cut, edge, and trim lawns to professional standards.
- Keep garden beds immaculate by weeding and mulching.
- Enhance outdoor spaces by planting flowers and shrubs.
- Ensure safety and cleanliness by blowing off all walkways and parking lots clear of debris.
- Safely operate and maintain commercial lawn care machinery.
What We Are Looking For:
- Prior commercial or professional residential lawn maintenance experience.
- Proficiency with zero-turns, string trimmers, edgers, and blowers.
- A reliable, self-motivated hard worker who can manage their time efficiently across 3 sites on 1 large property.
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
