Do you enjoy working outdoors and taking pride in keeping properties looking their best? Vincentian is looking for a dependable Groundskeeper to join our team! In this role, you’ll help maintain beautiful, safe, and welcoming outdoor spaces across our campuses throughout the seasons.

From landscaping and lawn care to seasonal cleanups and winter snow removal, your work will help create a comfortable environment for our residents, employees, and visitors.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain grounds and landscaped areas across Vincentian facilities, including mowing, edging, weeding, mulching, and seasonal spring and fall cleanups.

• Assist with planting, flower beds, planters, and other landscaping projects to keep outdoor spaces healthy and attractive.

• Perform snow and ice removal during winter months using appropriate equipment and materials.

• Safely operate and maintain landscaping equipment, including lawn mowers, trimmers, garden tractors, snowblowers, and other tools.

• Inspect grounds regularly to ensure landscaped areas are clean, well-maintained, and safe.

• Travel between Vincentian locations as needed to support groundskeeping and maintenance responsibilities.

• Follow all safety procedures, use required personal protective equipment, and maintain tools and equipment.

• Work collaboratively with the landscaping team and facility staff to support a safe, welcoming environment.

• Be available for early starts, weekends, and on-call assignments when snow or ice removal is needed.

• Follow Vincentian policies and procedures, support our mission and values, and report potential safety or compliance concerns.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Valid driver’s license required.

• Two years of landscaping experience preferred.

• Ability to safely operate landscaping and snow removal equipment.

• Dependable, safety-minded, and comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Flexibility to assist with seasonal responsibilities, including snow and ice removal.

• A commitment to treating residents, families, visitors, and coworkers with kindness, respect, and dignity.
