Group Business Controller - Marketing Digital Data Analysis

We are looking for a Group Business Controller – Digital Marketing Analytics with a curious mindset and a passion for turning data into actionable insights to join our Business Controlling team within the Operational Excellence Shared Service Centre.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team in the leading provider of professionally monitored alarms for residential households and small businesses in Europe & LatAm. You will work at the intersection of digital marketing, analytics, tracking, and business performance, helping stakeholders make better decisions based on accurate data and meaningful insights.

About you

You combine strong analytical capabilities with curiosity, business understanding, and a proactive mindset. You enjoy solving problems, asking questions, and uncovering insights that create value for the business.

You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy taking ownership of your work from data collection through to business recommendations.

Experience and qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 3–5 years of experience in Digital Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a similar role
• Strong experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager
• Experience building and maintaining dashboards using Power BI or similar BI tools
• Strong understanding of tracking, tagging, attribution, and data validation
• Experience analysing large and complex datasets
• Experience translating data into business recommendations and actionable insights
• Exposure to A/B testing, experimentation, or conversion rate optimisation
• Interest in or experience using AI tools to enhance analytics and workflows
• Professional level of English
