- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Controlling, or a related field
- Previous banking experience or experience in Treasury, Controlling, or Accounting within an international corporate environment is considered an advantage
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly in Excel
- Analytical mindset with a results-oriented approach
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Flexible, committed, and resilient personality
- Fluent English language skills; German is an advantage
