The scope of the role\:
The Enterprise Architect is responsible for defining and maintaining enterprise IT architecture standards, principles, and policies for both infrastructure and applications, validating solution designs, participating in project stage gate reviews and in the IT Architecture Governance Board.
The Enterprise Architect develops and maintains enterprise technology roadmaps, guides and validates domain IT organizations' architecture roadmaps, evaluates and selects technologies that guide major investment decisions. The technologies includs cloud, data platforms, APIs, microservices and AI-enabled solutions.
It is ideal for someone who enjoys strategic impact, senior stakeholder influence, cross-domain collaboration, and turning architecture from documentation into real business and technology direction.

Main responsibilities\:
Define and maintain the enterprise architecture standards, principles, policies, capability maps, architecture repository, catalogues, and lifecycle calendars
Design and operate the Enterprise Architecture framework
Coordinate cross-domain standard definition and quality assurance processes, including assessing alignment with both business and IT strategies
Validate solution designs, architecture artifacts, and repository content to ensure cross-domain IT architecture compliance
Participate in project stage gate reviews, providing architectural feedback
Actively engage as a member of the IT Architecture Governance Board to enforce adherence to standards and governance policies
Develop and maintain enterprise technology roadmaps
Lead the definition and publication of long-term Enterprise Architecture plans (TO-BE)
Define Enterprise (Group) level Architecture Building Blocks (ABBs) and Reference Architectures (RAs), including guidance for AI-enabled solutions, to guide and harmonize domain architectures across the organization
Guide and validate domain IT organizations' architecture roadmaps, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and strategic objectives
Evaluate and select technologies
Champion technology expertise and skill development within the IT organization
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation
Main requirements\:
Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a similar role involving business analysis and process management preferably in international, multinational environments
Proven experience in strategic and operational planning, business analysis, and financial management
Strong understanding of process, application, data, and infrastructure architectures
Familiarity with relevant industry standards, frameworks, methodologies and best practices such as TOGAF, UML, ArchiMate, ITIL, DAMA, APQC and others
Extensive experience in developing and implementing enterprise architecture frameworks and strategies
Strong business acumen and the ability to align technology solutions with business goals
Expert-level knowledge and understanding of IT architecture, applications, systems design, and integration
Knowledge of business models, operating models, cost-benefit analysis, budgeting, and risk management
Familiarity with information management practices, system development life cycle management, IT services management, and EA frameworks
Understanding of current and emerging technologies such as SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, APIs, microservices, event-driven architecture, data platforms, predictive analytics, generative AI, AI agents, and AI-enabled architecture patterns, including their architecture, governance, data, integration, security, and lifecycle implications.
Proficiency in holistic enterprise architecture concepts and methodologies
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools, user-level knowledge of ERP systems and domain-specific applications
Experience with Architecture and Process Modelling and Management tools such as\: SPARX Enterprise Architect, ArchiMate, Visio, SAMU, SAP Solution Manager, etc.
Attention to detail and accuracy
