What do Group Exercise Instructors do?
- Implement aerobics exercise, mind-body, or basic fitness classes
- Teach fitness classes; develop fitness routines, exercises, and choreography for participants
- Promote programs to members and participants
- Record participant counts, distribute and collect program evaluations
- Maintain minimum class attendance standard
- Provides exceptional customer service and fosters connections with members
- Participating and satisfactory completion of in-service trainings
