Group Finance Manager

Objective: Lead and oversee the finance function across all Joga Ram Group companies, ensuring accurate IFRS reporting, statutory compliance and sound financial governance in support of the Managing Director’s strategy. Responsibilities: Group consolidation and financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow and treasury management, banking facilities (LC/TR, guarantees), oversight of AP/AR, VAT and Corporate Tax compliance, audits and internal controls, inventory and cost control, and leading the finance team across entities. Interactions: Managing Director and senior leadership, finance teams and department heads, banks, external auditors, tax and regulatory authorities, suppliers and customers.

Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce. Experience: 6-7 years of UAE experience, including 2-5 years in a finance leadership role managing finance teams across multiple companies. Background in trading, manufacturing, construction, interior fit-out or real estate is highly preferred. Skills: IFRS, UAE VAT and Corporate Tax, group consolidation, budgeting and forecasting, treasury, audit and internal controls, ERP (Tally, Zoho, SAP, Oracle or Odoo), advanced Excel, and strong communication with senior leadership, banks, auditors and authorities.
