Group Finance Manager

to lead financial operations across our organization of 9 independent entities.

Key Responsibilities:
· Financial
Leadership
· Oversee
consolidated financial reporting and management accounts across all 9 entities
· Lead
annual budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning processes
· Ensure
compliance with IFRS/GAAP and regulatory requirements across all jurisdictions
· Drive
month-end and year-end close procedures with accuracy and efficiency
· Strategic
Impact
· Partner
with executive leadership to provide financial insights for strategic
decision-making
· Conduct
financial modeling and scenario analysis to support business growth initiatives
· Identify
opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement across the group
· Lead
financial due diligence for acquisitions, mergers, and strategic investments
· Multi-Entity
Coordination
· Manage inter company transactions, eliminations, and complex reconciliations
· Implement
standardized financial policies, procedures, and controls across all entities
· Drive
group-wide financial systems implementation and technology solutions
· Build
strong relationships with finance teams across the organization
· Team
Development
· Lead and
mentor a high-performing finance team

capability building and knowledge sharing across entities
Requirements
· Essential Qualifications
· Professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA,
ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
· Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related
field or higher
· 8-10 years of progressive finance experience with
4-5 years at senior management level
· Proven track record managing multi-entity financial
operations and consolidations
· Expert knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and financial
reporting standards
· Technical Excellence
· Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle,
Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
· Expert-level Excel and financial modeling skills
· Experience with consolidation software (OneStream,
SAP BPC, Hyperion, etc.)
· Strong understanding of tax, treasury, and
regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions
