Group Financial Strategy ALM and Balance Sheet Management
You will partner with group companies and financial subsidiaries to manage treasury, asset-liability management, and balance-sheet activities. You will develop ALM strategies, assess liquidity and interest-rate risks, plan capital-market funding, manage cash flows, analyze regulations and market conditions, and prepare financial reporting and recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute group ALM strategies covering interest rates, liquidity, and funding
- Develop scenarios, conduct stress tests, monitor liquidity and interest-rate risks, and propose responses
- Manage the consolidated balance sheet based on regulatory ratios and risk appetite
- Plan and manage capital-market funding, including commercial paper, bonds, securitization, and liquidity schemes
- Manage group cash flows, funding needs, and borrowing balances
- Establish and operate treasury rules and processes
- Negotiate with financial institutions on funding, investment, foreign exchange, payments, and hedging
- Research financial regulations, market conditions, and macroeconomic trends
- Aggregate, analyze, and visualize finance, risk, and funding data
- Develop financial strategies and ALM policies based on analysis
- Prepare consolidated financial reporting and respond to stakeholder questions
Requirements
- Experience in financial planning, ALM, treasury, or risk management
- Knowledge and practical experience in ALM, funding, liquidity risk management, or interest-rate risk management
- Experience planning and advancing feasible measures within regulatory and risk constraints
- Experience coordinating and building agreement with relevant departments and group companies
