Group Fitness Instructor

City Fitness is seeking high-energy, passionate Studio Fitness Instructors to join our growing team across Philadelphia.

Our instructors create the electric studio experience that keeps members coming back. If you love motivating a room, building community, and delivering unforgettable workouts — we want to hear from you.

We are currently hiring instructors across multiple formats and welcome professionals who can teach one or several modalities.

• Barre
• Pilates
• HIIT
• Strength & Conditioning
• Cycling
• Yoga
• Dance Fitness
• Les Mills Programs
• Specialty Fitness Formats

What You'll Do

• Lead safe, engaging, and results-driven group fitness classes
• Create a motivating and inclusive studio environment
• Demonstrate exercises with proper technique and modifications
• Connect with members and build a strong class community
• Deliver the high-quality experience City Fitness is known for

Applicants must be 18 years or older, hold a current nationally recognized Group Exercise Certification, and be willing to instruct a minimum 3 hours per week.
