Group Fitness Instructor

The Minneapolis Club is seeking a professional, energetic, and engaging Group Fitness Instructor to lead our group fitness classes. This is an exciting chance to join a private, high-end Club where classes are intentionally small — allowing for personalized instruction, attention to form, and meaningful member connections.

Responsibilities

· Create and deliver dynamic, motivating, and safe group fitness experiences.

· Provide individualized guidance to ensure proper form and technique.

· Collaborate with the Fitness & Wellness team to expand offerings and drive participation.

· Demonstrate professionalism, timeliness, and preparedness for every session.

· Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging atmosphere for members.

· Instructors certified in Personal Training may have additional opportunities for one-on-one training.

Compensation / Schedule

· Starting at $45+ per hour, based on experience.
