An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Group General Manager to oversee the operations of three hotels comprising 86 rooms, 39 rooms and 24 luxury villas. This role is suited to a dynamic hospitality professional with proven multi-property leadership experience and a strong commercial focus.

Requirements:

• Previous multi-property or Group General Manager experience
  
• Strong operational, financial and commercial management skills
  
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
  
• Experience driving revenue, profitability and guest satisfaction
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
  
• Willingness to relocate to Kenya
