Group Head of Finance

Our client is seeking appoint a dynamic and strategic finance professional who shall report to the group CEO and lead a team of financial professionals. The incumbent shall head the entire financial operations across multiple real estate assets, facility management and projects in the UAE market. The ideal candidate will oversee financial planning, risk management, and ensure compliant and efficient financial processes to drive our company’s growth and performance. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement group-wide financial strategies to support business objectives in the real estate sector. - Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to ensure optimal resource allocation and profitability. - Oversee financial reporting, compliance with regulatory standards, and audits across all company entities. - Manage treasury, cash flow, and capital raising activities to sustain liquidity and fund expansion initiatives. - Collaborate with executive leadership and business units to advise on financial planning, risk management, and investment opportunities. - Establish and maintain effective internal controls and financial policies to protect company assets. - Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to build high performance and foster professional growth. - Monitor market trends and financial regulations impacting the real estate industry and adapt strategies accordingly.

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CMA certification are desired and reporting standard IFRS. - Proven experience (10+ years) in senior finance leadership roles, ideally within the real estate or property development industry or with a reputable diversified group of companies. - Strong knowledge of UAE financial regulations & compliances, market dynamics, and international accounting standards. - Demonstrated ability to develop and execute financial strategies that contribute to business growth. - Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent leadership and people management capabilities, with a track record of building motivated teams. - Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing at all levels. - High proficiency in financial software and ERP systems relevant to real estate finance. - Arabic language is a must for this role
