Role Title:
Group Head – Sales & Marketing
Role Purpose:
To lead the formulation and execution of business development, sales, and marketing strategies that drive group-wide growth, support business expansion, and promote a strong and unified brand presence across all subsidiaries within the Technical & Logistics Group.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Policy Development- Lead the design and implementation of long-term strategic goals and annual business plans aligned with group objectives.
- Oversee the setting of performance KPIs and strategy reviews across subsidiaries.
- Provide advisory to the COO on market competitiveness and value proposition enhancements.
- Align marketing policies with corporate brand, service models, and product delivery goals.
- Champion business expansion opportunities across industries under T&L.
- Guide market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities.
- Oversee the preparation of feasibility studies, proposals, and strategic pitches.
- Cultivate relationships with prospective partners, clients, and government agencies.
- Track subsidiary performance against approved sales and marketing KPIs.
- Ensure adherence to budgets, revenue targets, and regulatory compliance.
- Evaluate progress through periodic reports and provide actionable insights.
- Liaise with industry partners, stakeholders, and boards to unlock commercial potential.
- Represent the Group at high-level engagements, forums, and trade events.
- Partner with finance and business development teams to structure impactful deals.
- Lead a high-performance, cross-functional sales and marketing team.
- Set clear deliverables and drive a culture of accountability, learning, and innovation.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to develop internal talent pipelines.
- Review and submit reports, sales forecasts, dashboards, and updates to the COO.
- Coordinate the preparation of presentations, RFPs, and internal business cases.
- Ensure timely updates on subsidiary project pipelines and market intelligence.
Education:
- A Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Strategic Management, or a related field.
- Membership in a recognized professional body is required (e.g., CIM, CIMA, ACCA, ICM, etc.).
- Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong track record in business strategy, sales operations, corporate marketing, and/or start-up incubation.
