Group Health Endorsement
The EB Endorsement is responsible for reviewing, processing and managing endorsements for employee benefits insurance policies. This includes updating coverage details, handling client requests for changes and ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: 0-2 years of
experience in insurance policy administration, specifically group health
insurance. Familiarity with group health endorsement processes and
insurance policy regulations is required.
Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduation
Compensation: Upto INR 6 LPA (commensurate with experience and performance)
Requirements
- Proficiency in Advanced
Excel.
- Strong understanding of group health insurance policies
and endorsement procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work
effectively with clients, insurance providers, and internal teams.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple
endorsements simultaneously.
- Manage and process all group health policy endorsements,
including additions, deletions, and updates to policy details.
- Review client requests for policy changes and ensure
they are accurately reflected in the group health insurance records.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all policy endorsements
and ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines.
- Ensure that all endorsements are processed within the
required timelines and with minimal errors.
- Communicate with clients regarding any policy changes,
endorsements, or queries related to their group health insurance.
- Coordinate with the underwriting and claims teams to
resolve any discrepancies in policy endorsements.
- Strong written and spoken English skills.
